What Is Communication?
Communication
Communication is how you share and receive information, thoughts, or feelings. It can happen through:
- Words: what you say
- Actions: what you do
- Signs& expressions :body language
There are two main types:
- Verbal communication: speaking and writing
- Non-verbal communication : facial expressions, gestures, tone of voice, eye contact, posture
Why Communication Matters
