Fact: You can acquire a variety of serious health problems by drinking alcohol

Myth: Drinking is a good way to loosen up at parties

Fact: Drinking makes you do things you wouldn’t normally do at parties, like saying weird things and get in to fight

Myth: Drinking alcohol will makes me cool

Fact: Drinking alcohol can make you stumble, pass out, and even vomit on yourself. You may get bad breath and gain weight. In other words, drinking alcohol doesn’t necessarily make you cool.

Myth: All of the other guys drink alcohol, I need to drink to fit in

Fact: Most of the other guys have drank alcohol in very long time. You don’t need to drink to fit in .I can sober up quickly by taking a cold shower or drinking coffee.

Nothing will rush alcohol out of the blood stream, including cold showers and coffee. It takes about 2=3 hours for it to exit the bloodstream completely.

Myth: Adults drink and youth be able to drink too

Fact: Youth brains and bodies are still in the process of growing, and drinking alcohol because problems before they are fully grown .people are 5 times more likely to experience alcoholism as an adult if they drink before the age of 21.
