A healthy diet means eating food from all of the food groups and minimizing sweets. Make sure you have a diversified and healthy diet.
Having regular checkups at a health center and receiving nutrition assessment and counseling allows you to improve your diet and is a characteristic of modernity that will allow you to be successful in school and life.
